Don Steigman currently operates as CEO and board member of Auditz, LLC, a health care revenue cycle company. Previously, Don Steigman worked with Parkland Healthcare Group, LLC as a Consultant. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Don Steigman utilized his deep knowledge of hospital and health care management to develop greater productivity, boost efficiency, and implement staffing solutions.

Don Steigman served as Senior Vice President for Operations for the Florida and Alabama region.of Tenet HealthSystem With responsibility for strategic initiatives, general operations, and training, Don Steigman formed and developed Florida’s largest health care provider, Tenet South Florida HealthSystem. In addition, Don Steigman developed the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital at St. Mary’s Medical Center, an 81-bed pavilion that offers a broad array of children’s services. During his time as Senior Vice President, the Florida/Alabama region gained recognition and numerous accolades for its high ratings in physician satisfaction and superior hospital services.

Don Steigman has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Federation of American Health Systems and as a past chair of the Florida Hospital Association. A graduate of The George Washington University as well as the University of Connecticut, Don Steigman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Systems and Management Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Business in Healthcare Administration. Aside from his professional work and affiliations, Don Steigman has served as an advisory board member for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, an organization devoted to serving children with life-threatening medical conditions. With his support and contributions, Don Steigman focuses on giving back to the community and making a positive impact.
